Shipping and Returns

We endeavour to process and ship your order within 2 business days using Australia Post.

For items on pre- order please note, we are unable to ship your they have all arrived. We will be in touch via email with order updates when we receive information from our suppliers. All orders are processed in the order they are received. 

In keeping with our ethos of minimising single use packaging and waste, your order will often be shipped in a repurposed cardboard box/ postal sachet. This includes any shredded paper, foam packing pellets and air cell cushioning needed to protect your order during transit. In the event we need to use new packaging pellets, your order will be protected with air popped corn. This can then be placed in your compost/ regular rubbish bin.

We encourage our customer to continue the process of reusing/ recycling the packaging from your order where possible. Postal sachets be recycled at any Coles or Woolworths supermarket Recycling Collection Point. 

If our delivery provider has made an error in delivery or has temporarily lost your parcel, please note we are required to follow the individual carriers process for parcel recovery.

We ensure all items leave our hands in perfect condition. In the unfortunate event something arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery via email info@mirablue.com.au. After speaking with us, we require you to return the defective item within 14 business days. Upon receipt of the item, we will arrange a refund of the purchase price. 

In the event you have changed your mind, or the product does not meet your requirement, we are unable to offer you a refund. Please choose carefully.
